Positive, This place was amazing! Luana made sure we had everything we needed. The room was super clean and beautifully decorated in a modern Venetian style. Breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely garden setting. Definitely coming back!

I loved the exquisite decor of our Executive Suite with Canal View! Luana was so helpful with tips, & the sunny garden was a perfect chill spot. Only downside was that we had to leave 😢

A fine junior suite with beautiful decor.

I was disappointed with the limited breakfast options and the lack of eggs or toast. The service felt a bit slow at times. It was unfortunate that the garden, while lovely, was sometimes noisy with passing tourists.

disappointing breakfast

slow service

While the decor is 'nice,' I can't overlook the disapointing breakfast selection. Eggs and toast woudl ve been a minimum for a luxury stay! And the slow service made my mornings an absolute chore. I mean, I was expecting at least a complimentary upgrade upon arrival, but that would've been asking too much here, I guess.

It was just a smart choice for a lightning stop in Venice with very good value for money. The staff were always around to help if I needed anything, making me feel welcomed. Make sure to check out the breakfast options for a refreshing start to your day.

This place was super relaxing. The Executive Junior Suite with Garden View had a nice bed, air conditioning, a minibar, and a lovely private bathroom. Breakfast in the garden was good and had good options like fresh fruit and coffee. The hosts, Luana and Paolo, were super helpful and friendly .

Staying here. Noberto's attention to detail set the tone for an enriching experience. The Junior Suite combined elegance with comfort, and our morning coffee enjoyed in the garden view was a lovely start to each day. The lovely mix of privacy and accessibility enhances the overall experience.
